 Registration
Registration is required for attendance to all scientific sessions and social events. Please complete the registration form with your name, position, organization, city, and state as you want this information to appear in the list of participants and in your name badge.
Registration submission
In order to register for the Congress, participants are requested to complete the enclosed registration form and return it to the Conference Secretariat by 30 June 2008 at the latest. Should you sent the registration form later than June 30, your registration will be accepted, but higher fees will be applied.
Receipt
The Conference Secretariat will issue an official Receipt, which will be delivered at the Registration desk.

Registration fees for participants in the 18th EUCARPIA General Congress are the following:

*If you are not a member of EUCARPIA, we encourage you to join our Association (40 €/year) and get the reduction in the registration fee, as well as to benefit from the advantages of belonging to EUCARPIA. Registration fees include attendance to all conference sessions, conference official documentation, book of proceedings, coffee, drinks and snacks during the coffee breaks, lunches of September 10 and 11, reception of September 9, gala dinner of September 11, and excursion on September 11 afternoon.
Accompanying Persons
A programme for accompanying persons can be prepared if sufficient number of people registers. If you are interested in an “accompanying persons” programme, please contact eucarpia2008@viajeseci.es.
Exhibitors
A special area for exhibition tables will be set aside, with limited number of tables available. The exhibition package includes one table with 2 chairs and one electric point, one delegate ticket for attendance to all conference sessions, lunches, excursion, gala dinner and refreshments for one person, conference documentation, and the possibility of including fliers and other information on the company/products in the documentation for the participants. Tables will be allocated on first come first served basis. The price of an exhibition package is 1500 euro. Deadline for application of exhibitions is June 30, 2008.
